The Code for Sustainable Homes
The Code for sustainable homes is the government’s method of improving the sustainability of our housing stock. Properties that are built to a code level (1-6) must meet minimum standards in each of the following categories:

- Materials
- Surface water run-off

- Pollution
- Health and Well being
- Management
- Ecology
