Residential Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

EPCs are part of a European initiative to get more information on how efficient our homes are and what can be done to improve their efficiency. They are currently a mandatory part of the Home Information Pack and are becoming mandatory on the construction sale or lease of all properties from 1st of October 2008.

We provide EPCs throughout the country at £80+VAT, but we can offer discount on bulk orders.
